Delegate List Scam

Do you sell delegate lists?

No. Delegate information is only ever shared where necessary in connection with an event, for example with official sponsors or suppliers supporting the delivery of that event, or where delegates have provided consent or another lawful basis applies under applicable data protection law.

The Financial Times does not sell or share delegate lists with unrelated third-party suppliers. If you receive an email or phone call from someone claiming to have access to our delegate lists, it is a scam.

What should I do if I’m contacted?

Please ignore the message and do not engage. If in doubt, you can contact our events team directly at customerservices@fie.ft.com to verify communications.

How do I know I’m hearing from FT Events?

Official communications will always come from an @ft.com email address, Swapcard or through our official event platforms. You will only be contacted by FT Events or our official partners in connection with an event you have registered for or expressed interest in.
