Since March 2020, Tim Armbruster has served as Group Treasurer and Head of Financial
Markets at KfW Bank Group. Previously, he held leadership positions at the Federal
Government`s Winddown Institution (FMS-WM), Aareal Bank AG and the Commerzbank Group.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of The Currency Exchange Fund N.V. (TCX) and co-
chairs the 2026 German-French task force on the future of digital finance. Throughout his career,

he has worked at financial centers including New York, Dublin, Luxembourg, and Frankfurt in
various roles within markets and treasury departments.
