Shrey is responsible for the London Stock Exchange’s debt, structured finance and sustainable bond markets, and its digital platforms that provide data and services for over 2,000 global issuers and investors. He is member of the Primary Markets Leadership Team.

Shrey is a Board Member (Observer) at OpenExchange Inc and is the Vice Chair of the UK Regional Committee of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). He was previously the Chair of the High- Level Working Group on Green and Sustainability Sukuk (2020-23), set up by the Islamic Development Bank, the UK and the Republic of Indonesia. 

Shrey was previously Head of Strategic Development for the London Stock Exchange. He has also worked as a Financial Officer in Treasury & Syndications at the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group, and at McKinsey and Company, the strategy consultancy. 

He holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) inPhysics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
