George Buckley is Nomura’s Chief European Economist with over 25 years of experience working as a financial markets’ economist. George is a published author (What You Need to Know About Economics, Capstone) and is Chair of the Society of Professional Economists. George holds a PhD and MSc from Bristol University, where he also taught courses in macroeconomics and econometrics, and a BA from Bangor University – all in the field of Economics & Finance.
