Christopher leads on all funding activities for LSEG, including debt capital markets, loan
finance, and commercial paper. He has led or supported the issuance of over £20 billion of
corporate bonds across all major markets and currencies, including in prior roles at BAT and
Prudential. His broader treasury experience includes M&A financing, emerging and frontier markets, liquidity and FX risk management, and UK and EU policy advocacy. He is a
member of the Steering Committee of ICMA’s Corporate Issuer Forum, and is a Trustee
Director of the Reuters Pension Fund.

Christopher holds a BA (Hons) in History and Politics from the University of Oxford, and is a
Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
