Antonio Cavarero is responsible for the investment activity at Generali Asset Management since 2024, managing approximately €450 billion across all asset classes for both Assicurazioni Generali and external institutional clients. Previously, he held similar responsibilities at Generali Insurance Asset Management and Generali Investments Partners. With more than 30 years of experience in financial markets, Antonio joined the Generali Group in 2014 after holding a variety of investment positions at top-tier banks, including Deutsche Bank, Citi, Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking, and Banca IMI. He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Pavia and an MBA from Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale of the University of Turin.
